The Interakt WhatsApp SaaS Gateway provides a clean, secure proxy layer for connecting web applications to the WhatsApp Business API. It uses a hybrid model where transactional campaign templates (order updates, verification alerts) are triggered programmatically via backend microservices, while inbound customer messages flow seamlessly into shared human agent inboxes.
